


We are pleased that you are applying to Carden Conejo School and look forward to receiving your application. The forms you need, in order to complete the application process are PDF links below. Please use this checklist to ensure that all forms needed to complete the application are returned to the Office. - Primary School Application: For new students entering Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten, or Junior Kindergarten, complete this form and sign it.
- Elementary and Middle School Application: For new students entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade, complete this form and sign it.
For new students, the completed application should be returned to the school office with a non-refundable fee in a check payable to Carden Conejo School:
- Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten, Junior Kindergarten $100 per child
- Kindergarten – 8th Grade (includes testing fee) $225 per child
New students entering Kindergarten – 8th Grade will sit for a standardized entrance test. Students entering Kindergarten, will receive the Metropolitan Readiness Test. Students entering 1st – 8th Grades, will receive the Stanford Test, 9th Ed. The entrance tests for new students will be administered at school on Saturday, March 9, 2013. Plan to come to the office by 8:15 am. Testing will begin at 8:30 am.
For new students entering 1st – 8th Grade, please sign this Parent Authorization for Release of School Records form and deliver it to the school your child currently attends notifying them to mail a transcript directly to Carden Conejo. Please do not send this form to our office with your application.
For students entering 1st – 8th Grade from a private elementary school, we require the student’s current home-room teacher’s confidential evaluation. This evaluation does not become a part of the student’s records.
For students entering 1st – 8th Grade from a private elementary school, this form may be completed by the Head of School, Principal, Dean, or other school administrator. This evaluation does not become a part of the student’s records.
